I never received my order, then I want my money back

The outer box is bigger than the inside battery. When I plugged the cable into the USB-A port the inside moved and the cable now cannot connect. You cannot turn it on because the switch button does not work.

Very long to arrive, and then does not match the description, the battery makes 10,000 mah all at plus, certainly not 50,000 mah. I sent him away.
