We want you to be happy with your purchase from Tech Honesty. If something is not right, contact us first so we can review the issue and guide you through the next step.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns must be approved before items are sent back to us.

Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Final sale items, used items, and items returned without approval may not qualify for a refund.

How to start a return

Email support@techhonesty.store with your order number and the reason for your request. If your return is approved, we will send instructions on where and how to send your item.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can help resolve it.

Return shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
