Free tracked shipping

Orders of $99 or more qualify for free tracked shipping where available. The threshold is calculated before taxes, duties, and any extra fees.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping times

We partner with trusted global suppliers and ship orders directly from their warehouses. Estimated delivery times are:

United States: 12-30 business days after dispatch
Other international destinations: 15-30 business days after dispatch

These are estimated windows and may vary because of local customs, holidays, carrier delays, or unforeseen events.

Tracking information

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 2-5 days for tracking to become active.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Tech Honesty is not responsible for customs, duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your shipment. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
