Shipping rates by product

Shipping availability and charges depend on the products you choose and your delivery address. Enter your address at checkout to see the available shipping options and combined total. All amounts below are in US dollars.

  • Selected desk accessories: CableKit, both PortDock input options, NexusClick, Baseus BA07, Reusable cable-label straps, Split self-closing cable sleeve and HookDock share an accessory rate of US $4.99 to the United States or US $15 to other countries when your order subtotal after discounts is below US $99.
  • General shipping: Products in our general shipping group cost US $15 when your order subtotal after discounts is below US $99.
  • Magnetic power bank: Free shipping to supported US destinations with no minimum order value.

Mixed orders: Products in different shipping groups can add separate charges. CableKit and PortDock share one accessory charge, but adding a general-shipping item can add another charge. Check the combined shipping total at checkout before paying.

Free tracked shipping

For supported US and Other destinations, the accessory and general shipping groups offer free tracked shipping when your order subtotal after discounts is US $99 or more. Taxes, duties, shipping charges and other fees do not count toward this threshold. Product destination restrictions still apply.

Order processing

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Where orders ship from

We use vetted supplier and fulfillment partner warehouses. Some products may ship directly from a partner warehouse rather than from a Tech Honesty warehouse. Shipping availability varies by product and destination. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

  • United States: commonly 12-30 business days after dispatch unless checkout or the product page shows a different estimate.
  • Other destinations: availability can vary. Contact us before ordering if you are outside the United States and want us to check delivery support.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, customs checks, local handoffs, weather, and address issues can affect timing.

Tracking information

Supported products ship with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 2-5 days for tracking to become active.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Tech Honesty is not responsible for customs, duties, tariffs, or taxes applied by your destination country or local authority. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping issues

If your package is delayed beyond the normal delivery window, contact us at support@techhonesty.store with your order number and checkout email. We will review the tracking and help with the next step.
