Below is how Tech Honesty handles shipping and delivery for active products in the store.
Free tracked shipping
Orders of $99 or more qualify for free tracked shipping where available. The threshold is calculated before taxes, duties, and any extra fees.
Order processing
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Where orders ship from
We use vetted supplier and fulfillment partner warehouses. Some products may ship directly from a partner warehouse rather than from a Tech Honesty warehouse. We keep active products limited to sellable, source-confirmed items with US shipping and tracking evidence.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: commonly 12-30 business days after dispatch unless checkout or the product page shows a different estimate.
- Other destinations: availability can vary. Contact us before ordering if you are outside the United States and want us to check delivery support.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, customs checks, local handoffs, weather, and address issues can affect timing.
Tracking information
Supported products ship with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 2-5 days for tracking to become active.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Tech Honesty is not responsible for customs, duties, tariffs, or taxes applied by your destination country or local authority. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping issues
