Is it right for your reselling?

Best for part-time desktop resellers tracking individual purchases or batches of similarly valued items, without editing spreadsheet formulas.

How do I save and protect my records?

Download a backup after every session. The backup is a JSON file you can restore in the tool; moving the HTML does not move your records. Browser storage is only a recovery convenience. There is no automatic cloud backup. Backups contain plain-text business records, so store them securely. The local tool makes no background network requests.

Why use this instead of a free spreadsheet?

You are paying for guided forms and a connected purchase, refund, restock and resale workflow—not exclusive financial formulas. If a suitable free spreadsheet already works for you, you may not need this tool.

How are costs, fees and refunds entered?

Enter actual amounts manually; the tool does not supply marketplace fee rates. Batch costs split equally across the original items, with cents reconciled. Refunds are entered as cumulative amounts for a sale. The guide explains fee credits, return shipping and corrections. Correcting original purchase costs recalculates historical contribution after a backup warning.

Which reports and features are not included?

There is a sales CSV export, but no monthly/as-of reports, exchange conversion, quantity sales, immutable audit ledger or separate write-off of unsold damaged stock. Custom bookkeeping, tax advice, data entry and marketplace setup are not included. Keep source receipts.
